TEEN MOM - Girls Night In
With drama swirling on and off the screen, reality TV is fast paced and unpredictable. Often requiring a firm yet delicate hand when dealing with managing cast and crew. Knowing when and how to guide the shoot is important when working with a tight schedule and so many different personality types.
During my time on the Teen Mom franchise, I honed my listening skills and grew my ability to preemptively anticipated the needs of both my cast and my crew members. My goal is to always be tuned in and anticipating what’s next.
As a Unit Manager, I was the principle lead for on the ground management of production needs. My umbrella of responsibilities included communicating with the creative team to ensure all locations were locked and activities were correctly accounted for, distributing and organizing legal paperwork, arranging production meals, coordinating crew travel, writing call sheets, being the COVID compliance officer, submitting accurate crew timecards, and supervising PA’s.
